Our Mission

Suguru Innovations Private Limited is a Start-Up company registered in Delhi, India in 2022.

The objective of Suguru Innovations Private Limited is to indigenously manufacture specialty plastic films, for niche industries that are currently heavily dependent on Imports. Therefore, generating employment & wealth in India, building technical capabilities and reducing the dependence on imports and therefore, saving foreign currency outflow.

Suguru Innovations Private Limited plans to start manufacturing specialty films and electrical insulation tapes in India. In subsequent phases, other areas with high import dependence, such as toys industries and medical consumable industries will be targeted.

Our Strengths

In-house expertise in diverse areas – End to end in-house expertise in manufacturing of all components, streamlining the entire process and making it cost-effective by cutting third-party margins and logistical expenses.

Developing the required compounds in-house – Expertise is essential to manufacture the compounds required to manufacture PVC insulation tape, as it needs to meet key specifications like thickness, elongation properties, tensile strength and it must be fire retardant.

Innovating the design to develop special low cost machine to manufacture the required film – our machiners indigenously developed & manufactured will cost much lesser, making the project viable.

Developing locally manufactured, cost-effective machinery for application of adhesive – working with local manufacturers to have a customized machine developed in India, which will be much cheaper than the imported machines, therefore, making the overall project viable.
